The Auto Brewer is a home brewing automation system for home Brewers who feel they just don't have the time. This system frees up your brew day so you can spend time with your family or doing whatever else needs to be done instead of in your shed for 6 hours.  Brew a batch while your at work, or even over night while sleeping.  Still want a brew day with your friends? Want to do a cookout and brew with your brew club? Just don't use it dumb dumb! This system is for those days where your kegs are almost empty and you just don't have time to brew, well now you do!

Our next project will be attempting to make a budget DIY glycol jacket on a sanky keg fermenter. The plan is to cut about 1/3 of the side off of our old mash tun we no longer use, and JB weld fittings at the top and bottom.  Then outdoor construction glue to glue the plate to the side of the fermenter.  If all goes well it should be an easy build that works better than the nylon tubing wrap, and is safer than the internal coil. No possibility of glycol contamination.
